Vincent Simone & Flavia Cacace started dancing together in their mid-teens, when their dancing teacher put them both together for the first time. Vincent had just moved from Southern Italy, not far away from Flavia’s home town and it was a lucky coincidence. The early years were quite hectic, with Vincent maintaining his teaching commitments back in Italy, and Flavia was studing for her A- Levels. 

The professional competitions started from 2001 and they noticed that they were equally good in both latin and ballroom. Since 2002 they have been entering the UK chamionships and doing extremly well. Vincent and Flavia have won the 10 UK Dance titles four times and twice won the UK Show Dance title.

Vincent and Flavia are one of the most popular dance couples on the BBC hit TV series Strictly Come Dancing, and every year delight audiences with their Argentine Tango. The couple are delighted to be returning once again this year to Strictly and hope to get to those finals.
